With over 30 years of extensive experience in banking, financial services, and entrepreneurial ventures, Alfredo brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic leadership to the company. In his new role, he will play a crucial part in guiding Cube Technologies toward its next phase of growth, focusing on securing capital, enhancing internal controls, and positioning the company for hyper-growth.
Alfredo’s impressive career spans various roles, from executive leadership to entrepreneurial success. He has a proven track record of driving financial performance, overseeing regulatory compliance, and executing successful strategies across various financial institutions. As the former owner, founder, and operator of an offshore bank, which he successfully sold, Alfredo has demonstrated a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and financial results. This experience, combined with his extensive work with publicly traded companies, makes him a highly valuable asset to Cube Technologies Inc. as the company navigates new expansion opportunities.
Throughout his career, Alfredo has held key positions, including Managing Director and Chief Consultant at Core Acceptance Corporation, where he provided leadership in areas such as financial performance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His previous roles as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CFO at several banks, including one that went public, have provided him with hands-on experience in leading IPOs and structuring financial strategies for publicly traded companies. Alfredo’s ability to work with executive teams and boards of directors to set strategic direction will be critical as Cube Technologies Inc. embarks on its next chapter.
